That was the year I started gymnastics, woo hoo!
This year I did the splits, cool.
That was the year I got a new teacher, she was very nice.
This is the year I sing at o2, yeah!
That was the year I met new friends, they are kind.
This is the year I try badminton, amazing!

That year I got my first telescope
I’m going to see some stars I hope
This is the year I’m watching the birds
But that doesn’t make me nerd.

That was the year I had an end of year party
We had snacks, drinks and watched a movie.
That was the year I had my birthday
And I got a fitbit!
That was the year I started tae-kwan do
When I didn’t know kicks or a single punch.
This is the year I will grade my belt
And be able to know every move.
This is the year I will improve my handwriting
And soon get a pen license.
This is the year I talk much as I want
And learn my times tables!
